GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before using the product always ensure that the system is shut down and power has been disconnected.
  2. At a distance of at least 5cm (50mm) spray the unit to be cleaned evenly starting from top to bottom. Ensure that the heating/cooling spiral is completely covered with the cleaner.
  3. Allow Heat Pump Cleaner to soak on the treated area for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  4. Using a garden hose rinse with running water in a smooth motion from top to bottom.

Please note: For heavily soiled Heat Pumps a second application may be necessary.

PROFESSIONAL TIP

CAUTION: Cleaning with a high-pressure cleaner and/or physically using a cloth can cause the evaporated fins to be pushed flat. Damaged fins will significantly reduce the surface area for heat transfer, resulting in inadequate cooling, increased energy bills, and decreased efficiency.
